Who ever came up with the plan to pack this item for shipping was so efficient! It was literally in 4 boxes and saw it thinking “no way” all of this is in those boxes. BYT the were! The glass top on the ottoman also came unbroken which I was pleased with. Quality of cushions seems to be good.. the material of the cushions you can tell are water resistant. Comfort wise it’s ok.. for the price I think it’s pretty good for what you get.. Assembly is complicated. If it wasn’t for my husband and his electric tools to spied up the process it can he extremely time consuming with an Allen wrench not to mention some sore finger tips hand screwing things in then tightening with the wrench. After figuring out a few things the power tools helped tremendously. On Shipping it was very confusing and there was no communication. First we didn’t know how many boxes were coming and the cane on 2 different days. As a result I filed a complaint with Amazon and had to re read reviews to understand how many boxes there should be. I also had calls in to the 3rd party shipping company to make arrangements and find out about missing packages. Would be nice upon purchase to understand how many boxes are coming and if it is in 1 or 2 shipments. Time will tell on the furniture hold up in weather and sun. (Note-fire pit was purchased separately in picture)
